Description
The handlebar kit 164HD52 contains the LSL handlebar ‘Flat Track’ 14.9, which is specially made for motorcycles with 25.4mm clamp diameter and 7/8 inch (22.2mm) handlebar grips. The kit also includes a longer brake hose, which is required for fitting the higher handlebars.
The grip position is 15 mm lower and 50 mm further towards the rider compared to the standard handlebars.
The handlebars in the 25.4/22.2 version impress with their high flexural rigidity. The basis for this stability of the handlebars is the larger diameter in the clamping area. The reduction to the handle tube diameter takes place directly in front of the lever fittings. The diameter of the handlebars is 25.4 mm in the clamping area (3 mm wall thickness) and 22.2 mm in the area of the switch and grip fitting, the wall thickness at the handlebar ends is 2 mm (18 mm inside). The handlebars are available in a choice of high-gloss chrome-plated or black KTL-coated.
The longer steel flex brake hose is supplied in black plastic-coated and with black anodized fittings.
The handlebars are supplied without holes for fixing the switch fittings. We recommend using the LSL drilling template in order to adopt the position of the holes from the standard handlebars in the best possible way.
The original handlebar end mirrors can no longer be used on the LSL handlebars. Instead, it is possible to fit handlebar mirrors with new 130SP01 brackets (M10x1.25), or to convert to accessory handlebar end mirrors with suitable adaptations for accessory handlebars.
The handlebar kit is supplied with model-specific ABE.

Care instructions:
– Only use acid and alkali-free cleaner on all handlebars and their surface variants!
– Never use in direct sunlight and do not allow the cleaner to dry out.
– Avoid contact with brake fluid, brake cleaner, oil, fuel, polishing pastes with abrasive particles, etc.; immediately absorb any dripping with a soft cloth.
– Test the compatibility of cleaning agents on an inconspicuous area before use!
